The customer service team got back to me within a few hours on a weekday, which was a relief since I had a question about the straw's compatibility. It arrived exactly as described and does the job perfectly for my bubble tea at home.

I needed help with sizing before ordering and their team replied within a few hours on a weekday, which made the whole process feel way more personal. The straw itself is exactly what I hoped for, and I’ve already used it daily for a week without any issues.

This straw is surprisingly sturdy for something so small, and it fits perfectly in my go-to tumbler. I've been using it daily for a couple weeks now and it still looks brand new, no scratches or bending.
